PS-5A Digital Portion Control Scales
Small in size, but big in performance, these dual-capacity units let you switch from ounces to grams at the touch of a button. Lightweight at just four pounds (1.8 kg), they're powered by either four AA batteries (not included) or optional AC adapter. Push button tare, easy-to-read LCD and stainless steel platter make them perfect for fast-paced food operations of all kinds or wherever food is prepare and dispensed and accuracy is demanded.

PS-5A Features
Pushbutton Tare - Zeros the scale with an empty container or food item on the platter and permits multiple portioning.
Zero - Established on power-up and maintained automatically by auto zero circuitry.
Self-Diagnostics - Power-up sequence provides self-testing of microprocessor circuitry allowing viewing of all display segments.
Special Features - Auto off mode prolongs the battery life by turning off the scale after two minutes of nonuse and can be disabled if desired.
